Panium Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
Made to Order Products
All products are manufactured individually upon receipt of an order and are customized or produced according to the customer’s specifications.
Because of this, once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before completing the purchase.
Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance.
A legally binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation that your order has been accepted and processed.
Panium Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Any additional costs, including shipping fees, will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe and delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Panium Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Where applicable, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.
However, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
As all Panium Studio products are made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.
Returns, Refunds, and Legal Guarantee
Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to remedies under EU consumer law.
You must notify Panium Studio within a reasonable period, preferably within fourteen days of delivery, and provide evidence of the issue.
Where a defect is confirmed, Panium Studio will offer one of the following remedies at no cost to the customer:
repair or replacement
an appropriate refund if a replacement is not possible
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Under EU law, consumers are entitled to a minimum two year legal guarantee. Products must conform to the contract and be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If a product does not conform, you have the right to request repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including artwork, designs, images, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of Panium Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws.
No content may be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
